SERVICES

Mediation | Alternative Dispute Resolution

CRS offers mediation services to litigants seeking to resolve their disputes without the necessity of a lengthy and expensive trial, thereby avoiding an uncertain conclusion.

CRS also provides workplace dispute resolution services both before and after internal complaints have been made.

Investigation Services

CRS can conduct any internal investigation but is primarily focused on complaints of violations of equal employment opportunity laws and protections.

Consulting |Coaching |Training
CRS affords consulting services to those employers and businesses lacking in-house expertise to deal with employee medical, accommodation, protected leave laws or other civil rights protections. To employers needing coaching services to develop their own in-house experts. Or to employers who need the delivery of formal training to managers and supervisors on the appropriate response to these issues.

I am an attorney licensed in the State of California and the founder of CRS.  I have over 30 years of experience as an attorney, representing and advising public entities and employees, and over 16 years as a local law enforcement officer, including assignments as a Detective Sergeant and Internal Affairs Investigator.

I am a member of the California State Bar, the Association of Workplace Investigators and the Society for Human Resource Management.
